People in Sudan live a very hard life. Sudanians has a high HIV rate. About 400,000 people in Sudan have HIV. Their chances of getting a disease is very high. Most diseases come from bad food or waterborne diseases. The Sudanese get diarrhea and hepatitis from bad hygiene in the country.
The infant mortality rate in Sudan is nearly 1 out 10 babies die. That is a really high rate. For every 1,000 births, about 92 of them die. Sudan is not a good places to live if you want to raise a family a its a good place if you want to die at a young age.
Their is 31 types of people in Sudan. And Sudan's official languages are Arabic and English.
The people are nomadic when it comes to farming. They travel in groups and herds.

Their has been several Sudanese basketball players who have played in the NBA. One of them is the very athletic Luol Deng. Luol went to college at Duke and now is playing for the Chicago Bulls.
